Our transportation engineering services include the production of construction documents and construction management for urban streets, suburban roadways, multi-lane highways and freeway type facilities for both public and private clients. We have experience in providing complete roadway plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) for many local agencies, including Harris County Toll Road Authority, Harris County, the City of Houston and various Independent School Districts. The team also has experience in working with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in several districts throughout the state of Texas.
